Weekday stay, Canary Wharf (Mon, Tues, Wed nights)

This is a weekday lodging for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday nights only* (arrive Monday evening, leave Thursday morning).

I know that many lodgers will not come to London every week due to holidays, strikes etc. So, to be fair, I'll allow 6 weeks of breaks in a calendar year where you won't pay lodging fees when you are away, plus 1 week break for the Christmas week. If you allow for 7 weeks of deductions, the per month works out at £649.

There is no unreasonable tie in – if there is anything like corona or a restriction, you won’t have to pay any notice.

The flat

The flat is 10 mins walk from Canary Wharf Jubilee line station, 12 to Elizabeth line and 5 minutes walk away from South Quay DLR.
There are 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a living area which is open plan with a kitchen and there are 2 large patios or balconies.
The photos are a true representation as to what the flat looks like - these have not been taken with special lenses been used to show things bigger than they are.

The room

The room has a single bed. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use and are cleaned weekly. Also the room is cleaned for you, so its like a hotel or a serviced apartment. Most of the bedding, cushions are throws are from The White Company.

You’d use it in the manner of a hotel, though you can leave some possessions behind over the weekend, there won’t be a lot of space for you.

Bathroom

You'll have exclusive use of a bathroom, which is pictured.

Living area and kitchen

There is a living room and kitchen, all pictured and on the video. You can use the cooker, fridge and storage units. You're welcome to cook and make full use of the facilities.

Before I conclude:

• If you wish to ask if the room is available, if the advert is live, then it is.

• The cost is the same even if you wish to lodge for 1 or 2 nights a week.

• If you wish to ask if the room can be available other than Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights, then I'm afraid, it's not possible, and I am sure you'll be able to find something suitable on Spareroom.

• There is minimal storage space for possessions, so the expectation is, you’d use it like a hotel.

• Visitors or substitution would not be allowable, this is room just for you!

Unfortunately, past experience has shown that most persons (95%, in fact) sending me messages have not read the advert, so please include the word "Robin" as the very first word in the reply so I know that you're one of the diligent ones.
