About the room:
- double room (decent size 4 x 2.8 meters)
- sole use of master bathroom
- balcony
- very bright as has floor to ceiling glass / french doors that open to the balcony
- on level 3 (mine is on level 4 - so it is very private, like a 1 bedroom flat with shared kitchen).

About the flat:
- has 3 bedrooms but there is only going to be 2 people.
- Share kitchen.
- Electricity, gas, broadband, water, council tax, tv licence included in rent.
- 2 minutes walk to bus, 
- 10 minutes walk to Crossharbour DLR station and ASDA,
- 20 minutes walk to Canary Wharf and Greenwich.
- balconies overlooking the Thames river and O2. The little beach is frequented by wild birds, sun-bathers (on hot summer days) and sometimes baby seal :)

Entertainment, restaurants and shopping within walking distance:
- Canary Wharf
- Greenwich
