Hi! We have two spacious double bedroooms available from July 14th in a clean home with a garden and newly refurbished kitchen.
One room comes with a sofa and plenty of space, the other comes with a private study perfect for a student or someone who works from home! Both rooms have a shared bathroom between 3 people but there is an additional bathroom downstairs.
Bills normally come in at about £95 a month.
Your potential new housemates are Melissa (23) and Agatha (25), two friendly professionals who tend to be busy in the week but are happy to have a chat in the evenings. Don’t worry, there are no babies in the house, the pictures are from when a family lived here.
There are NO fees. Students or professionals are welcome. Shorter lets considered.
Contract will be renewed a further 6-12 months come October so longer let’s would be great too!
