We've rented an old pub...
The rooms are very big, but need painting etc, the whole pub is in need of a bit of tlc, so you must be a person who likes to roll up their sleeves and get painting etc.
This is best suited to entrepreneurial / creative people / photographer / designer etc
1gb symmetrical fibre line... ie the fastest internet you'll ever experience at a pub / home.
The old pub downstairs is not open to the public, it is currently just a very large breakout space... with photography gear / bar / dartboard etc the plan was to rent it out as a coworking space However the demand doesn't seem to be there so hence I'd rather let the rooms upstairs as bedrooms to help cover the cost.
An escape room operates out of one of the rooms, there is another person making cocktail bases out of another room downstairs.
We're also converting a few shipping containers in the large yard out the back, I don't 100% know what we'll use them for as yet... maybe an office, maybe gin distillery.
