Hola,

Voy a volverme a España y voy a dejar disponible mi habitación individual en diciembre, más concretamente el 23, por lo que sería para entrar a vivir a partir de enero.
La casa se encuentra en la zona de Canning Twon, zonas 2/3 de metro, en la línea jubilee, cuenta con buena conexión y en 20 minutos estás en el centro de la ciudad. También dispone de estación de autobuses, y acceso a la DLR desde la estación de Custom House cerca del Centro de exhibiciones "Excel London"

La casa cuenta con jardín, el baño y el salón son compartidos, actualmente vivimos 3 personas, todas españolas. Hay buen ambiente de convivencia y contamos con una gata como mascota.

En la zona hay un Morrisons, un Iceland, the gym a 10/15 minutos andando de la casa y en la zona de Beckton tiene un Lidl y un ASDA

El precio de la habitación es de 425 libras al mes con fianza incluida de 200 libras y facturas incluidas.

Hi,

I'm going back to Spain and I'm going to leave my single room available on December, 23. we are looking for someone to come on January.

The house is located in the Canning Twon area, 2/3 tube zones, on the jubilee line, it has good connections and in 20 minutes you are in the city centre. There is also a bus station, and access to the DLR from Custom House station near the Excel London Exhibition Centre.

The house has a garden, the bathroom and the living room are shared, at the moment we live 3 people, all of them Spanish. There is a good atmosphere of coexistence and we have a cat as a pet.

In the area there are Morrisons, Iceland, the gym, all within a 10/15 minute walk from the house. And also in the Beckton area there is a Lidl and an ASDA.

The price of the room is 425 pounds per month with a deposit of 200 pounds and bills included.
