There are 2 existing flatmates (Ben & Gage) who are now looking for 1 additional person to share with. Ideally, someone who wants to be friends and call this home.

THE BEDROOM & BATHROOM:

This is a (13m²) double room. It has two full-length windows, making it very bright and airy. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and wooden venetian blinds. There is also a full sized desk and an office chair.

The bedroom shares (with only one other person) a very large bathroom with both a power shower and a full-size bathtub. Cabinets and towel rails allow for plenty of storage space for personal items.

THE FLAT:

There is a shared communal lounge, with a large, comfy, sofa and giant pouffe from which to sit back and enjoy the wide-screen TV after a hard day at work. Wooden blinds provide perfect privacy.

The kitchen is ready for you to conjure up culinary delights and comes fully stocked with crockery, cutlery and utensils. There is a washing machine / tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fan oven and fridge / freezer.

The dining area has a large table which is perfect for dinner parties.

There is a cloakroom plus a separate boiler room. They both provide lots of extra storage space if you need it.

The flat has beautiful wooden floors and is centrally heated.

THE FLATMATES:

Your flatmates will be Ben and Gage. Ben works as a data whizz and Gage is in software. One works in Canary Wharf and the other in central London. They are easy-going and friendly. Whilst working hard during the week they also enjoy making the most of London.

An ideal flatmate would be someone who respects others' privacy and space but is also open to a drink / chat in the evenings and occasionally cooking, eating and going out and enjoying London together. We are LGBTQ+ friendly.

Most of us have lived in some grubby rental accommodation over the years but now you'll appreciate the pristine nature of this new flat. I'd like the flat to stay that way so you need to be someone who prefers to keep things clean and tidy.

THE DISTANCES:

Canning Town tube station is 5mins walk away.

The station has both the 'DLR' and the '24 hour Jubilee' lines.

This makes it a good station to easily travel to anywhere in London, at any time of the day or night.

Canary Wharf - 15 min commute

I work in Canary Wharf. The time from leaving the front door of this flat to my office front door is a super quick 15 min.

Bicycling to Canary Wharf takes 15min and it is a 30min walk.
