I am moving out of the flat to live with my partner and I am looking for a working professional to replace me as a tenant for this amazing ensuite room.

I have been staying in this room and flat for around 18 months and this has definitely been a great place for me to call home. The room is massive with ample storage, easy space to fit a desk and comes with an ensuite washroom.

It's a fully furnished room - comes with a 3 door wardrobe, additional storage area, bed, mattress and 2 bedside drawers. Extra storage wardrobes/utility cupboards are outside. The room has enough space to put a proper desk and chair for working from home. The flat also has a 3rd room which is currently being used as a media room. The flat comprises an open plan living area with a huge balcony with views of river Thames. The apartment has a modern kitchen with all the basic appliances i. e. oven, dishwasher, washer-dryer.

As a tenant in the Royal Wharf you also get free access to the Clubhouse on the property - which has a 25m Pool, Jacuzzi, Gym, Sauna and steam room. About the flatmate:
You'll be living with Antoine, 38yo single French guy, marketing manager in a tech company, working from home at least 3 days a week, extremely neat and tidy and expects the same, spends a lot of time at the gym and doing outdoor activities, and also really enjoys having a quiet relaxing time at home as much as possible :)
