A Flatmate seeking in a brand new modern flat

looking for a tidy, clean flatmate to buddy up. preferably female to share a brand new flat in Canning Town from August.

I have reserved a 2b2b flat at fizzing East 16 from August( I’ll move in August )1 mins away from Canning station, supper close to Morrison, Sainsbury, Superdrug, and tiantian market. There are some café, restaurants. Easy to get to Canary Wharf.

The flat is brand new with a lovely view, all rooms are bright with enough sunlight. It’s furnished with all essential furniture. The building has communal areas for work and some activities.
The rent will be around £1250 inc, bills per person(depends on the utility usage)

To introduce a bit about myself
I work as a marketer in a tech company. I mainly work from home. I’m easygoing and love to enjoy a movie, drink, sharing food with my flatmate and have some social life together. Plus, I’m very tidy and clean.

I’d like to have a flatmate who is tidy, clean and could be friends with.

I’m also considering to have a hypoallergenic cat, the flatmate should be ok with a lovely fluffy cat around. but it’s just a thought atm.
