A massive double room is available in our 3-floor mews house opposite Canonbury Overground Station. The house itself is nicely done, with a big communal space and open plan kitchen. We are literally opposite the overground station and there are plenty of bus routes around too.

ABOUT THE HOUSE
On the ground floor, there 's an open plan kitchen, living room and a toilet. The living room has floor to ceiling doors that open up to a massive garden. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. You'll be on the top floor, where you'll have the floor for yourself with an en-suite bathroom.

You'll have .direct contract with the landlord, and you'll have to go through the regular checks.

ABOUT US
Raul is a 39 year old software engineer, works in Fintech company in the city. Kaan is a 37 year old designer and owns a small creative agency. We are pretty chilled during the week but not averse to a few drinks in the garden or at the nearby pub. As we are in our late thirties, we enjoy having a beautiful home, and we would expect the new tenant to be tidy and help us to keep the communal spaces and the garden in good shape. We are friendly with plenty of different interests between us, and we'd like to find a similar professional person who can bring their personality to the house.

We sometimes share cooking nights, and whoever moves in is more than welcome to join in.
