ABOUT THE HOME
Modern and spacious 3-bedroom flat with upgraded lighting and fixtures. All the necessities are included (washer/dryer combo, dishwasher, stovetop, fridge) plus some nice bonuses (3 oven units, indoor grill, bbq, wine cooler). There is also a huge rooftop terrace (private to the flat) with loads of outdoor furniture. The common areas are fully furnished, along with all the kitchenware and dining essentials (everything was purchased brand new this year). You will need to share the bathroom with one of us (female).
The room comes with a large wardrobe unit (loads of storage) but is otherwise unfurnished. You have the option to purchase the following Ikea furniture items from our flat mate that is moving out: double ottoman storage bed, mattress, two nightstands and bookshelf.
ABOUT THE AREA
3 Min walk to Overground (Canonbury Station) or 10 Min walk to Tube (Victoria Line) (Highbury & Islington) and plenty of bus routes nearby.
ABOUT US
With a few months left on our lease, our third roommate is sadly leaving us to move to Australia and we need to fill her spot. We are two friendly and professional Canadians (1 Female, 1 Male), both 28 years old working in Media and Tech. Ideally looking for someone in and around the same age or older. We both work a regular schedule during the week (out during the days and sometimes in the evenings for activities). Our weekends are fairly split between being out and about, hanging out at home or away travelling. We enjoy occasionally watching a good Netflix show or movie together and are always happy to collectively cook meals and have nice cocktails on our amazing terrace!
