Double en-suite bedroom in luxurious, spacious duplex flat. The room has a built it wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with both bathtub and shower. The property is amazing with new kitchen equipment, high ceilings and wooden floors.

Transportation links are excellent! There are various stations in walking distance; 2 mins from Essex Road station, 10 mins from Angel (Northern line), 15 from Highbury & Islington (Victoria line). Also, numerous bus stops are very close that offer extra convenience. (eg Old Street is just 15 mins bus ride away, West End 20 mins away).

Additionally, if you are not familiar with the area, Upper Street and Essex Road are full of boutique shops, noteworthy restaurants and cosy bars.

We are a young couple, professionals, working in tech. We are not party people but acasionally we like to share a glass of wine and a chat in the evenings with our flatmates and friends. We love to keep the house as much tidy and clean as possible and we are respectful of other people spaces.
We like music, theater, coocking (you must try our pasta carbonara and homemade pizza ;) ) and sometime watch some old good movie.

Our current flatmate is moving out in his own property and the flat is going to be available the 25th March.

Rent is £1250 per month (excluding bills).
Bills are around 115£ pp per month and include council tax, water, gas, electricity and broadband.
Deposit is six weeks rent (which works at around £1680).
