We're are looking for a couple or single to join our great flat in Canonbury / Essex Road (zone 2).

The room is a good size with loads of natural light. It's fully furnished with a bed, large wardrobe, draws, bedside tables and a desk.

The place needs to be seen in person as the pictures don't do the flat justice.

The flat is spread over two floors. There are three upstairs bedrooms and a bathroom, along with your double room and own bathroom downstairs. The living areas include a large kitchen, separate lounge and a private backyard with outdoor furniture (great for a BBQ in the summer). The area is super quiet as it is away from the main road (Essex Rd).

We have fiber internet, TV and a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks. The rent/bills all go into a joint account that covers all the bills, communal household items and the cleaner. The landlord (who is really responsive to requests & resolving any issues) takes care of the bond admin - you just need to pay it to the person leaving & sign on the dotted line of a new tenancy contract!

The flat is close to Essex Rd station (Great Northern line) and has great bus links. It is also within 10 mins walk of Canonbury and Highbury & Islington stations, 15 mins walk of Angel station (5 minute bus) and 7 mins walk to Upper St.

We are a social household and are looking for someone who enjoys a chat, hanging out and being a part of the flat. Weekends are usually spent catching up with friends, pints at the pub (we have loads of great locals) and park time in summer.

Overall, we are looking for a social and tidy professional(s) to join us. The room is £1200 inclusive of bills per month for a couple or single, and the deposit is £1150.
