Cheap double bedroom for grabs in Newington Green

Hi future roomie!

I'll be moving into a flat in Newington Green in June and looking for a new flatmate to move with me! The bedroom is a decent size and comes fully furnished - even comes with an ottoman double bed if you've got a lotttt of stuff. The smaller bedroom is situated at the back of the flat away from the road and includes a double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

The location is great, right next to Newington Green, 5/10 minute walk to Dalston and 5 minutes to Canonbury station AND 15 minutes to Highbury and Islington. There are also loads of bus routes nearby.

You'd be moving in with me, a super creative music and food and beer and sewing lover and Elena, an actress who also works at the Hayward Gallery. Need to find someone ASAP but also can be flexibility if you need to move in late June or early July. Bills roughly come to 70-80 pcm. Happy to provide more details and photos but can also put you in touch with the other flatmate who's staying there at the moment :)
