Large en suite double room with large garden

I am moving out in early July to my own place so an awesome room in this beautiful house with great housemates will be going spare.

Two rooms are available as one of my housemates is willing to move room depending on which on gets taken.

Room 1 has an en suite toilet and shower. The house has a large back garden, front garden and communal garden which we have made a lot of use of for lockdown BBQs and games. I honestly could not ask for more from a room or an area, especially during lockdown.

Room 2 is a bright, large double with wooden floors and a bathroom shared with one other person.

The housemates are Tarek and Penny. Penny is Australian, a chartered surveyor and a foodie. Tarek is French, a lawyer, and an excellent chef. They have both been exceptional human beings to share a space with.

If you don’t know the area, it’s full of leafy streets, parks, independent shops, bars and restaurants, and 20 minutes walk from Angel and all that has to offer. It’s about 45 minutes walk from central London, 25-30mins by public transport depending on where you want to go. Kings Cross is one stop away on the tube.

The room is available from 3 July but I can be flexible until around 24 July. Please note that the rent is split between the three of us so cannot be negotiated at this time. It may be negotiable on renewal in September.
