Double Bedroom between Canonbury and Angel

Hello!

I’m looking for a flatmate for a 2 bed property located on Newington Green Road in close proximity to Canonbury, Dalston and Highbury and Islington Stations. The property has two double bedrooms (I’m currently renting one of the them), a bathroom with a separate toilet, living room with a dining table and two sofas and a kitchen. In addition, there is a good size patio used only by the occupants within this flat. There is also central heating. There are excellent links to the City, Angel and Stratford, i. e. a lot of buses near the flat (56, 73, 476, 38, 30, 121, 21) as well as Canonbury Overground station.

There is no deposit but one month rent in advance is required and one every beginning of the month.

I’m a professional working in the City and I’m working from the office 2/3 days per week while the rest of the time I’m working from home. In my spare time I enjoy cycling, going to the parks for a picnic to catch up with friends and when the pandemic is over I’m looking forward to go back to my regular salsa dancing. Occasionally, I may invite over a guest at lunch/dinner at home but most of the time I enjoy a quiet home where I can relax after a busy day.
