7 mins walk from Highbury & Islington tube and 4 mins walk from Canonbury Station (on the overground)
Off the main road in a quiet street. Minutes away from all the cafes, bars and restaurants and Upper Street 7 minute walk. Dalston is a 10 minute walk. There is also a Sainsbury’s on the way home from the Highbury and Islington station.

Highbury Fields 5 minute walk away
Clissold Park 10 minute jog away

House
Recently refurbished throughout – there are 6 double bedrooms with ensuite, 2 on each floor. Separate kitchen and living room on the ground floor. Furnished, including all kitchen equipment, sofa, TV in living room with Virgin media and broadband. There is availability to apply for a parking permit. There is also an area outside with room for storing bikes.

Room
The room is a double room with ensuite on the 2nd floor. It holds a double bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and a double wardrobe. USB chargers in each room. Big window for lots of natural light.

Housemates
All professionals, enjoy spending the odd night together watching a movie, going for brunch, or night out, but equally respect others personal space as well. All housemates know the area quite well now, so markets, lunch / brunch / dinner places, parks etc. you'll be able to find out!
