7 mins walk from Highbury & Islington tube and 4 mins walk from Canonbury Station (on the overground)
Off the main road in a quiet street. Minutes away from all the cafes, bars and restaurants and Upper Street 7 minute walk. Dalston is a 10 minute walk. There is also a Sainsbury’s on the way home from the Highbury and Islington station.

House
Recently refurbished throughout – kitchen and living room on the ground floor. Furnished, including all kitchen equipment, sofa, TV in living room with BT broadband. There is availability to apply for a parking permit. There is also an area outside with room for storing bikes.

The room is a double room with ensuite on the 2nd floor. It holds a double bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and a double wardrobe. USB chargers in each room. Big window for lots of natural light.

Housemates
All professionals, enjoy spending the odd night together watching a movie, going for brunch, or night out, but equally respect others personal space as well. All housemates know the area quite well now, so markets, lunch / brunch / dinner places, parks etc. you'll be able to find out!

Housemate Preference
No couples. Looking for a clean and friendly professional either new / old to new London, the more diverse the more interesting the house!
