Looking to fill 3 rooms in our 4 bed flat in North London - Highbury/Canonbury. Located on a leafy private street just 30 seconds from Canonbury station (10mins on the Overground to Shoreditch High Street) and just a 10min walk up to Highbury fields/Highbury Islington station on the Victoria line.

About the Flat - Set across 3 floors it has a large communal lounge opening out to a private garden/patio which gets the mid morning to late evening sun! Perfect for BBQs or outdoor dining. Private landlord who is responsive and keeps place well presented.

Current flatmates - Nicholas (29 from NZ) and Amy (30 from UK) looking for equally laidback housemates who enjoy their own space but still up for the odd drink at the weekend/midweek... We often use our weekends to get out of the city. We are looking for like minded people who are down for the occasional midweek movie, dinner or board game!
