We have a fantastic garden, perfect for summer BBQs, and we are have a lovely open plan lounge/dining room to socialise in. The rent includes a fortnightly cleaner, tv license, sky tv, fast internet and council tax. The utility bills will be paid separately and split evenly (water, gas and electric).
Catford is well connected to Central London with two train stations just a 10minute walk. There is also a bus stop within 30seconds walk from the house.
We have lots of nice local amenities: Good Food Deli, Bottle Bar, Catford Mews Cinema and Ninth Life Pub to list just a few. The new Lewisham Model Market (food market) has just opened within walking distance as well. Obviously the pub and cinema are closed at the moment but once they open up... 🔥
The current housemates are professionals who work during the week and have their own social lives but who are also around the house sometimes in evenings or weekends. The house would suit somebody who is clean and happy to have a drink or bbq on occasion.
