A 3 bedroom beautifully refurbished house with garden to yourself for most of the time.

As landlord, I'll have use of third bedroom one night a week. The rest of the space can be used by the Lodger and shared with the landlord on the one evening she is there.

You will have a kingsize bedroom with bay window. It comes with a navy blue feature wall, double built in, floor to ceiling wardrobes and a tall boy chest of drawers.

The Lodger also has use of another separate spare / storage / office / dressing room. It is empty but easily holds a single bed or large desk.

The house is terraced in quiet part of Catford, which is a 12 minute walk to Catford Bridge or Catford stations, or 18 minutes to Hither Green. There is also a bus into lewisham at the end of the road, which takes 5 mins.

The house comes with:
- Lounge with comfy sofas, 55 inch TV, modern gas fire, dining area, floor to ceiling bookcase (dish and sky+ box available to connect).
- Fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine (kettle, crockery and cutlery provided).
- Luxurious bathroom with double ended bath and shower.
- Landscaped, north facing garden which gets the sun much of the day with 2 patios, garden table and chairs.
- Beautiful oak floors throughout.
- Parking permit available to purchase.

Rent is £650 per month.

Lodger's bills on top of rent are approx. £275 per month which is to cover broadband, council tax, gas,
electricity, water and tv licence.

About me: I'm a young (at heart!) 47 year old female psychologist who works in London 2 days a week for the civil service. I'm easy going, quiet, like early nights and early mornings, love a good book, listening to podcasts and am an optimistic, have a go gardener. I'm a diy enthusiast and have loved restoring my home which I'm happy to share.

About you: I'm ideally looking for a Lodger who is a professional and who is interested in a long term rent. I'd love someone who is quiet - at least when I'm there :) - clean and who would love and care for the house like it's their own home.

The Lodger would also be asked to look after the front and back garden, weed and mow the lawn. There's space for any green fingers who might want to grow veg in pots :)
