Large double room to be rented as a single in a shared Victorian house with all bills included.

We are two females looking for another female to join us (working professional or student), preferably aged between 20-30 to maintain the dynamic of the flat. We aim to maintain the flat as clean as possible at all times so we are looking for someone very tidy and in general respectful and considerate of others. No couples, sorry.

The house is a 10-12 minute walk away from Catford Bridge & Catford train stations (fare zone 3). Regular direct trains from Catford Bridge station into central London (Lewisham, Waterloo East, Charing Cross, Cannon Street) in less than 30 mins and Thameslink service from Catford train station (direct to Elephant & Castle and connections to London Blackfriars, St. Pancras International etc) and many bus services.

The house is close to the high street for shops, banks, big supermarkets (Tesco, Iceland, Lidl, Aldi) & other amenities.

We offer (almost) any length contract and the deposit consists of one month's rent. Available from the 28th of May 2021.
