The flat is located 10 minutes walk from Catford and Catford Bridge stations (with easy access to London Bridge, Cannon Street, Kings Cross etc.) and 20 minutes from Forest Hill and Honor Oak stations that can take you all the way to Dalston and Highbury & Islington in decent time. Lots of great amenities nearby - shops, pubs and restaurants - when it reopens the Blyth Hill Tavern is possibly the best pub in London. Blyth Hill Park a short walk away with stunning views of the city.
The flat is LGBTQ+ friendly, open to anyone in the age range of 30ish. Sharing with 1 male (30 yo), former Goldsmiths grad, worked in art for a few years and now the charity sector. The house has a really nice creative vibe with art up on the walls, looking for a similarly minded person to share for at least the next year. Hopefully, we can have some drinks, a few shared dinners and some laughs. Apologies, the room is not available to couples.
