The room/house
A nicely decorated, bright double bedroom on a quiet residential street. Available immediately for £800 per month. The price includes all bills and a cleaner.

The bedroom includes a double bed, desk and chair, and large wardrobe. This split-level flat includes a large living room, separate dining room, kitchen, shared bathroom and private garden.

The property is situated on a quiet and friendly residential street (we even have a street WhatsApp group!), but remains within a 10 minute walk of Catford town centre. Three train stations (Catford, Catford Bridge and Hither Green) are within a 10-15 minute walk.

Your housemates
We are a friendly mid-30’s couple that work full time in education/higher education. Luke works entirely out of the house and I work from home half the week. Please note that we have a lovely, well-trained medium-sized dog, and so anyone interested in the room must be dog friendly.

Transport
Catford, Catford Bridge and Hither Green train stations are all approximately a 10-15 minute walk away (depending on how fast you walk!) and provide regular services to central London including:

From Catford Bridge there are trains to London Bridge (11mins), Waterloo East (17mins), Cannon Street (20mins) and Charring Cross (21mins).

From Catford there are trains to Elephant and Castle (19mins), Blackfriars (24 mins), City Thameslink (26mins), Farringdon (28mins) and St Pancras International (33mins).

There are also numerous buses from Catford town centre to south and south-east London.

We are looking for a clean, tidy and friendly lodger. Please be aware this is a non-smoking house.
You will need to provide a deposit and one month’s rent in advance. Employment and a landlord reference are also required.
