Hello!! We are a group of 4 friends looking for someone to take over the small double room becoming available in our house! The house is in a great location, close Catford Bridge Rail Station with direct access to Lewisham. There are plenty of buses offering access to Greenwich, New Cross, Central London, and London Victoria. The house itself is incredibly spacious with loads of storage space and a huge garden. The house is pet friendly, although we do already have a cat so only pets that are fine with other animals! The room available is technically a double, but has a single bed 🛌 it also has built in storage and a desk that comes with the room. The house also has a large kitchen, a separate dining room area and a large living room. There are also two bathrooms - one downstairs with a shower and a larger bathroom with a shower and a bath.

We are a group of 4 who are living together. We are all creative people in the arts;
James is a full time professional working in the arts,
Katharine is studying full time at LCF doing Fashion Design
Ryann is an actress, but also works full time currently
& Maya is an Illustrator/Animator.
We all enjoy spending time together both at the house and going out and doing stuff. We all like music, art, fashion, playing video games and watching films 🎥

Close to Catford Bridge Rail Station, with great access to Lewisham, New Cross, Greenwich
