Spacious Double Room in Friendly House

The room is very spacious at over 4x5 meters. The house has 2 communal Rooms, The living room downstairs and the loft upstairs which has a sofa bed in for guests or if you need to take a private call. Plenty of natural light in the bedroom and the kitchen is well equipped.

We are looking at short term lets from Dec 1st to Jan 31st and also Long term lets from Dec 1st.

We have a preference to meet new tenants in person before they move in. Please be aware of this if you are moving to london!

Rent is £675 and bills + Council Tax + Wifi are usually about £115 bringing the monthly total to around £790

I am moving out as I am moving in with my partner!

Works in film, loves costumes, design & art - Kelly is the reason the communal spaces are filled with such colourful lovely furniture

Ben:

Works in film and has a penchant for the historical and political. Can often be found reading in the living room.

Sam:

Works in the Arts can often be found practicing for an upcoming audition or performance
