We have a (friendly) cat - it would be helpful if you could feed him when I am away on holidays / some weekends.

Good local shops and Very good local pubs, restaurants, theatre, etc. Cinema nearby . Close to 3 attractive parks, plus access to garden square, which we overlook. Friendly local tennis club. Lewisham fruit&veg market is very good value & just a short bus / cycle ride.

EXCELLENT commuting to anywhere in Central London - fast trains to London Bridge(10mins), Cannon St, Waterloo, Charing X; and Blackfriars, St. Pauls, and St Pancras - all just a short walk away. Many buses to nearby Lewisham(DLR), Blackheath, Greenwich, etc. Parking is limited. We cycle anyway - good safe routes into Zone 1.

There were 2 (female) tenants but one is moving back to Italy at Easter. We are all fairly independent people but occasionally share meals together at weekends / other times.
