Hi, we are looking for an easy-going and tidy new housemate for our beautiful, newly built, large loft room. It comes fully furnished and with its own en-suite bathroom. It overlooks the garden so is really quiet and bright.
The house is a lovely, completely renovated Victorian terraced house in Catford (zone 3). It is in a quiet street very close to big parks for going running or walking as well as to local shops and public transport. Five minute walk to Catford and Catford Bridge Stations, 10 minute walk to Ladywell Station. It has a new large fully-equipped kitchen, spacious living room, high speed fibre optic wireless broadband with a very strong router and extension, perfect for working from home, 2 bathrooms (with shower) and 1 toilet, washing machine, storage space and a beautiful big garden with a new summer house and shed.
You would live with us: a SwissPeruvian - German couple 45 years old (live-in landlords) with three children, 12, 5 and 1.5 years old.
We are all really relaxed with many years of experience living with flatmates, and easy to get along with.
Rent is only £800 per month and includes all bills. (If rented by a couple the rent is £1000 per month).
