Available from 22 November 2020: large double room in clean, light, smoke-free, spacious 2 bedroom flat in Chalk Farm/Belsize Park. I have a spare room that I've previously sublet and am looking for someone to join me again.
I enjoy yoga classes (online), breathwork, contemporary dance. I'm currently studying for a diploma in psychotherapy so am pretty busy with a full time job plus placement and coursework. I am happy spending time at the end of my working day with a flatmate and also happy for those who prefer to spend time alone or to have their own space.
I am seeking someone who needs a home and is also vegetarian and/or eats organic. I try to be environmentally friendly using ecopaint, and ecoproducts around the flat.
The rent is £900 per calendar month inclusive of bills (excluding phone calls). If due to COVID19 you are working from home, we would need to discuss bills as winter heating costs might exceed the current allowance I've made. .
Short and long term stays are both welcomed.
Tubes (8-10 mins) and buses close by.
If you want to find out more please contact me.
