Hello everyone,

We have two double rooms available right now in our big North London flat. We're looking for flatmates to move in ASAP so get in touch today!

**THE FLAT**
The flat is a four-bed on the ground floor of a quiet multi-floor building. Besides the standard kitchen, bathroom and hallway spaces, we have a sizeable living room and adjacent balcony area. The living room is a great spot to watch Netflix or hang out and have friends over.

We have four rooms of varying sizes but all have double beds with plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space. There is yet more storage space via the communal cupboards in the hallway.

(For those working or studying from home at the moment we're happy for you to set-up a desk in the living room should you need to.)

**LOCATION**
The flat is a five-minute walk from Chalk Farm station (Northern Line), 10 minutes from central Camden Town and around 15-20 mins from two amazing parks: Hampstead Heath and Primrose Hill. There are tons of great pubs in the area and plenty of shops just down the road. This is one of the best spots in North London!

**ABOUT US**
There is currently two flatmates living here who are friendly and laidback while also tidy and respectful in equal measure. We are a guy and a girl who are both in our twenties. We're looking for someone similar in those respects but broadly we're open to anyone. We're after a mix of social people who are into music, films, sport – all the usuals.

**PRICE, BILLS & OTHER ADMIN**
Rent for the two available rooms are a mere £620 and £680 per month, paid direct to our landlord. The deposit for each room is £750. Bills are NOT included but cheap enough and come to around £100 per person per month. Please note that this is a joint contract so all four flatmates (when all four rooms are filled) will be entered into the same agreement with the landlord.

The rooms are available now and we are looking for people to move in as soon as possible.
