Spacious double - penthouse flat - Central London

We are 3 young professionals (1 male, 2 female) looking for one easy going roommate. The room has air conditioning, blackout blinds and come furnished with a king sized bed. The windows have secondary glazing for extra dampening of noise from outside.

The room comes with a double bed, fitted double wardrobe, 9 x fitted drawers, bed side table and a table to work at. If you want to bring your own furniture/work desk + chair etc let me know and we can arrange this too.

You will share a bathroom (shower/bath combo) with one other flatmate. We have a large open-plan kitchen/living room where we usually hang out or watch TV (we also have a projector for flat movie nights!)

We have two friendly indoor cats, excellent fibre internet (FTTP), a private roof terrace with BBQ/hammock and a lift going straight into the penthouse. There is a great view of Central London from the terrace, including the London Eye.

You'll also share the flat with Jerry & Bean, our two friendly cats (pictured!). Whilst having two feline flat mates is a lot of fun, they are strictly indoor cats only and not allowed outside. So please bear in mind we are looking for someone who is:

1) clean and tidy in the kitchen - no leaving food/dirty dishes out where the cats can get them.

2) responsible and considerate when it comes to security - every precaution must be taken to not let them escape through the flat door or windows (we have installed special nettings fitted over the windows for airflow + cat security).

As a flat we enjoy cheese + wine nights, board games, watching movies and the occasional party. We also like to cook and have a house meal together every now and then.

Smoking is not allowed indoors, however there is an ash tray on the private roof terrace!

The flat is very central, just a 1 min walk from Charing Cross, 2 min walk from Trafalgar Square, and a 3 min walk from Embankment.

The total cost is £1600 per month and deposit is £1600. This does not include bills which are roughly £100 a month. Communal areas are cleaned weekly, and bathrooms twice a month.

Not suitable for couples. All genders welcome!

Looking for someone to move in the middle of January - we will host interviews at the end of November/early December to ensure the right fit with the current flatmates.
