The room is a premium ensuite (13-14 square metres bedroom), and includes a shared kitchen with other students, as well as access to a common room, study room and laundry facilities.

It's a 44 weeks contract that can be extended if wished. The contract is payable either:
- Upfront (350*44) or
- In termly instalments, with a UK based guarantor.
You need to be a student, 18+.

The contract is transferrable, if you want to leave anytime before the contract end date. You'll just have to find a replacement.
