Beautiful double rooms available in a period home

My partner and I are a friendly couple looking to share our home with two housemates.

What is on offer?
We have two double rooms available for rent in our beautiful Edwardian semi-detached home. Both rooms are fully-furnished, spacious doubles. Within the price, all bills are included which covers: super fast fibre optic broadband, weekly professional clean, gas and electric, water and council tax. We will take care of all the bills so there is no need to worry about anything!

What are we like?
We are busy professionals but enjoy cooking in the evenings and relaxing over a glass of wine in our spacious garden. We are very active people and enjoy cycling, kitesurfing and the gym.

Who are we looking for?
We would like to share our home with professional people who enjoy relaxing in the evenings and socialising at weekends. Couples are welcome however we would ask you to take both of the rooms (rather than just one).

What is the travel like?
There is a 24 hour bus route which takes you to either North Greenwich (15 mins), or Charlton Train Station (15 mins) or Woolwich for the DLR (10 mins). The buses are frequent and the bus stop is right outside the house. We cycle most days to North Greenwich which is a lovely route along the Thames path and takes 15 mins. It is also easy to cycle to any of the train stations above and they all have secure cycle parks to lock your bike up. We commute to Canary Wharf everyday and it takes 25 minutes.

Additional perks of the house?
The house is large and even has two living rooms so there’s plenty of space and privacy, should you want it. There is amble storage space in both rooms but we also have a large cellar if you require any additional storage space for any larger items you would like to store. There is also a large garden at the back of the property with a BBQ, table tennis and full 6-seater garden table and chairs - it is great for the summer and if you like gardening! We also have off-street parking if you would like to keep your car at the property (please ask us for further details).
