A spacious fully furnished double bedroom in a two bedroom flat.
Communal living area, separate kitchen and a bathroom with bath and shower.
The room is furnished although feel free to bring your own stuff. There is additional storage in the bedroom with two big cupboards built into the wall.
All bills are included including Broadband, Sky TV, Netflix and a cleaner.

ME
I'm 30 year old working in the theatre industry (advertising and marketing). I love to go to the theatre, gym, pubs and
bars. I also love to cook and it's what I spend my Sundays doing, unless I've gone to visit my parents.
I'm really looking for someone who is reliable, tidy and sociable, but also happy to respect other's privacy.

AMENITIES
Situated opposite a shopping park that includes M&S, Sainsburys, ASDA (24hr) and Aldi. Shopping park also includes clothes, sports and homegoods shops.
Anytime Fitness 24hr gym is situated on the other side of the road from the flat for anyone wanting to stay active at random hours of the day (i'm a member but still too lazy to go). There's also a Pure Gym (24hr) next to the Sainsburys.
The o2 is a 10 minute bus journey which has recently opened an outlet parade of shops and an IKEA is opening in February which is a 10 minute walk.

TRANSPORT
A 3 minute to CHARLTON train-station with links to London Bridge (20 mins), London Charing Cross (25 mins), London Caning Street (25 mins), Kings Cross St. Pancras and Luton.

I often get a 10 minute bus to North Greenwich for the Jubilee line, or walk 20-25 minutes (depending on your pace)

LOCAL AREA
20 minute walk into the centre of Greenwich where there are lots of pubs, museums, galleries.
There area plenty of parks around including Greenwich, Blackheath and Charlton (where there is a Lido) for summer walks, picnics and runners and also located quite close to the river for the Jubilee walk.
North Greenwich is a 20/25 minute walk which now has an outlet discount parade of shops.
