Our current roommate is moving out and we’re looking for someone to take over their room. We’ve currently been in the property (3 bed terraced house) for a few years, landlord is always super helpful and reliable. The room for rent is a double room with its own en-suite and built-in wardrobe. The room comes unfurnished except for a mattress which is being left behind and is in good condition.
The living room and kitchen will be shared by all 3 tennants, currently the living room is being used as a home office due to working from home since the pandemic. There is also a small garden with some storage and a freezer in the shed. The property also has a driveway which will be free to use if the new tennant has a car.
Bills vary a little each month but for internet, council tax, tv license and gas/electric the usual cost is around £90. Water bill is paid every 6 months at a fixed rate.
Property is 20 minute walk to Charlton Station or a 5 minute walk plus 20 minute bus journey to North Greenwich for the Jubilee line. Area is pretty quiet and has some local shops within a 10 minute walk.
Don't hesitate to get in contact for any questions :)
