Cool Studio beside a heated pool!

Lovely self-contained space perfect for anyone looking for somewhere super-quiet to call their own. Perfect for a single person that wants the privacy of their own place to stay :)

The 'Summer House' has been recently converted and is fitted with brand new appliances to make it the perfect sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of London life. The bed is raised as you can see in the photos which create a lovely space underneath for tv, computer station or other essentials.

The fitted bathroom with a super powerful shower is really nice and the kitchen with brand new washer/dryer is also superb. Most of what can be seen in the pictures will stay.

Sat beside the heated swimming pool, the Summer House is situated to the rear of the main house with its own secure side-access.

The Summer House as has a private patio area to the rear which is only used in the summer weather.

You will have full use of the main garden which is lovely in the summer but quite wet in the winter. We have a large built-in BBQ area, seating and of course the pool to help you relax in the hot summer months.

Everyone that lives in the main house is super-friendly.

I mentioned the house is dog friendly and home to my beautiful, lovely and very friendly two dogs They are SUPER friendly and one is a big but soft dog.

With this in mind, I am more than happy to consider other dogs (i have had others stay here without problems before) so long as the dog is house-trained, well-socialised, friendly and he/she is cleaned up after on a regular basis. Anyone with a cat is welcome but must be willing to work hard introducing and socialising etc the cat and the dogs 👍

The Studio is situated in a safe, friendly, quiet area of Charlton and it is well connected to London and the City and to Canary Wharf by buses, tubes and trains.

Charlton train station is just 7 minutes down the road too. There are direct trains to Charing Cross or Cannon Street. It is only 4 stops to London Bridge.

There is a huge Sainsburys and M&S superstore and a 24 hour ASDA 10 minutes down the road and a shopping centre and cinema too.

Franky and Bennies, Starbucks and Costa Coffee are all less that 9-10 minute walk down the road.

It is 10 minutes by bus into central Greenwich which has a choice of cinemas, bars, pubs, restaurants, Maritime Museum, Cutty Sark, pier, market, shops and much more.

**ME**

A really easy going professional used to renting out my rooms. I love to walk my dog, cook, swim, workout, read, listen to music and enjoy languages.

I speak English, Japanese and a little Bulgarian!

**YOU**

In full time employment. Mature students considered. No preference over age, gender, sexual orientation or spoken language etc but it is important that you are friendly, clean and tidy, honest, reliable, trustworthy and considerate. Not asking the world here but I do want people to treat the studio flat well please :)

Other than that, everyone in the main house normally cooks, chats or is working.

The studio is absolutely perfect for a single professional or couple. It is pleasantly big and spacious.

**DEPOSIT / RENT per Calendar Month**

One month rent is taken as a security deposit (non-refundable should you cancel after committing) and one month rent is to be paid in advance. The rent will include all utilities, bills and wireless broadband - the wireless connection from the house is not perfect but previous tenants used a SIM card WiFi router which worked perfectly for Little cost. Please note. There is an additional charge of £30 per month for couples.

Everyone staying at the property chips in £25 per month toward the cost of running and maintaining the pool. This must be okay for anyone interested in the room but it is only when the pool is up and running in the summer months 👍

It does not include charges for outgoing landline calls, house cleaning products, personal products and food.
