Two Double Rooms in Comfortable Period House

Two double rooms available in a three bed house, sharing with myself and my girlfriend. We're both very friendly and laid back professionals.

Our house is spacious and well equipped with comfortable shared living spaces. The kitchen (newly fitted six months ago) has a dishwasher, American-style fridge/freezer and open plan dining area, and the living room has two sofas, a TV and upright piano. The bathroom is a large wet room with an awesome walk-in shower and a bath. Downstairs there is also a washing machine and tumble drier.

Other features include free parking all along the street and a long garden, including a patio area and BBQ. We also have fast fibre wifi.

The house is a seven or eight minute walk from Woolwich Dockyard, which is a 25 minute ride to London Cannon Street or 20 to London Bridge. North Greenwich Station is a short bus ride away, which takes you quickly into central London on the Jubilee Line.

Charlton has a big shopping centre, including a huge Sainsbury’s, Aldi, M&S, Asda, and various clothes and home stores. The new Greenwich IKEA is also very nearby.

The surrounding area is quiet with several nearby parks, including Maryon Park two minutes away which has two public tennis courts. The beautiful Greenwich Village is a 15 minute bus ride from the bus stop opposite the house.

FYI we will be putting the house on the market soon so we need our new flatmates to be very clean and tidy. Your length of stay will also probaby need be limited to 6-12 months depending on if/when we sell.
