Hello flat-searchers,

Leaving London, our 2 bedroom flat in Chelsea is available ASAP but we're flexible regarding the move in date.
The flat has two bedrooms (one en-suite and a second bathroom down the hall), two balconies, an open-plan kitchen and living room, two flat screen TVs, a built-in wardrobe near the entrance, a small storage room and double-glazing in the bedrooms. There's plenty of storage and there is a washer-dryer and dishwasher in the kitchen. The flat is in great condition throughout (I think we were the first tenants to move in after the flat was bought and renovated).
As you can see in the photos, the flat is very bright and airy and is located just off King's Road in beautiful Chelsea, a 2 minute walk from Beaufort House, Bluebird, Triyoga, Lomax, Sainsbury's etc. Waitrose and Wholefoods are within walking distance and there's an abundance of amazing shopping opportunities, hospitals, etc. Our neighbours are friendly and welcoming, so are the people living in the house.
The flat is managed by an agency, which is great to have any issue resolved quickly and effectively, and our property manager is super friendly. There will be a fee of 300 for the tenancy swap and 75 for referencing. EPC Rating D.
