Flat is newly refurbished with a brand new modern kitchen and bathroom and a lovely bright living room.
You would be sharing with a working professional married couple who rent from and look after the flat for a lovely live out Landlord.
We are clean and tidy and really keen to take care of the flat for our landlord. We are friendly :-) laid back and low-key. We are working during the week and in evenings enjoy cooking and relaxing really!
Would love to meet nice, clean, respectful, working professionals who are independent and ideally have experience renting in London flat shares.
All bills (Council Tax, Water, Electricity and Gas, TV licence, WIFI) are included which includes a cleaner once every two weeks.
We have Superfast SKY WiFi, Netflix, Amazon Firestick and Google Chromecast all set up and yours to use.
