I have a bedroom and bathroom available for rent during the week (Monday to Friday). I am a professional who works from 7:30am-6pm during the week and I would like someone who has similar hours. I would like someone clean, organised and respectful. I live quietly during the week, so unfortunately parties are not permitted at the house. Working from home and overnight guests are also not permitted. For £750 a month you will have all bills included, tv licence and broadband.
