On a quiet street between the Kings Road and River, almost opposite Battersea Park.

3 bathrooms

Roof terrace (accessed through bedroom 3, so need the ok of the person staying to use)
Patio (tiny of the kitchen)

Live in landlord (me/Alexa)

I'm looking for someone serious but not too serious - ie friendly, interesting & (hopefully) fun.. but with life aims.
Not a party house even in normal times.... Though a few late nights don't hurt... Its more party out, rather then in....at least BC(before covid)
Always happy to have a kitchen catch up at the end of the day, but still often work crazy hours if inspired
