I'm looking for someone to share this beautiful flat with, for a minimum of 6 months starting August 15th with the option to extend.
My current flatmate is moving out, which leaves this ensuite double bedroom available for you! You will also have your own bathroom!
The flat is spacious, has two double bedrooms with an additional single bedroom/study which is neutrally decorated throughout. The property benefits from a large reception room and two bathrooms.
Rent will be £315 per week, heating and hot water are included. We will pay an additional £30 per month for WiFi and electricity. Council tax of 245 will also come. Will divide all these bills in two.
The flat is located just off King's Road in the heart of Chelsea which is extremely well connected:
- 15-minute walk to Sloane Square
- 20-minute walk or 10 min bus to Victoria Station
- 10-minute walk to South Kensington Station
- 2-minute walk to Battersea park
- 20-minute walk to Hyde Park
About me:
You will be sharing this lovely flat with a 27-year-old Norwegian working professional. I have lived here since 2019 and have fallen in love with the flat and the area. I am very clean, tidy, and easy-going.
