Double bedroom with views to reservoir

I am looking for a professional person, to share a room in my house, I teach yoga from the living room sometimes and also online zoom. I have been living here since December 2019 and I am looking for someone who lives as consciously as I do to share my place with, on short or long term basis.

Getting around:
Chingford station is 9 mins by car and about 25 minutes on foot, the 97 bus route from Ridgeway park is a 6 minute walk & 10 mins travel on board.

Options from Chingford overground:
Go straight to Liverpool street for Central line.
or catch the Victoria line link at Walthamstow.

Going in the opposite direction, the 97 bus will take you to Leyton station in 50 mins.

You will have a Double room with great views across the reservoir, In a peaceful quiet location.

Parking is available the road is narrow but there is room for shared off street parking for a small car, or option to use garage at back of the garden.
