Bright Double Room. Pets considered. Parking

Hi all, my names Lollsie I am a young outgoing 50 plus lady. I have a lovely bright and airy double room at the front of my modern bungalow. There are 2 bathrooms so you will have the use of one to yourself next to your room. The house is modern and opened plan. You have use of the kitchen and lounge etc. It has a beautiful long garden with outside furniture. There is off street parking and it is in a quiet residential area. Wifi available. Smokers are welcome but smoking outside please. Chingford station is a short walk where you can get a train into Liverpool Street ( it stops at Walthamstow Stratford and other stations in east London where you can catch a tube /transport. There is a bus stop at the end of the road that will take you to the nearest tube at South Woodford. Or Buckhurst Hill central line. Chingfords Station road is near, where there are cafes, shops and restaurants etc and Epping Forest which is vast. I am quite easy going and flexible and will leave you to do your thing. I don’t have wild parties ! But there are often people popping in for coffee so my house is quite social.... (Covid has had an effect on that! ) so it’s pretty quiet these days. In the summer we are often found outside chillin in the garden with a BBQ. The house backs onto Epping forest so great for doggie walks and keeping fit. The room needs a wardrobe and desk which I will be sorting ASAP. It has a smart Tv so you could use a fire stick. Happy to share a glass of wine and a chat after all this is your home too. This let is for 8 months then rolling month to month as I may need the room back. Ideally looking for a female but may consider a professional guy with references.
