The house comprises of three bedrooms and it is occupied by a friendly amicable female professional Interior Designer and a quiet short term very pleasant male lodger in situ at the moment who doesn’t cook and is rarely in the home, due to his profession.

This situ would be equally suitable for a person who is very private and likes their own space or a person who would like to accept the occasional home cooked dinner.

This comfortable quiet and restful double room has a large window overlooking the pretty back garden and the prospective lodger will have sole use of the adjacent bathroom.

Furnishings: Hanging space, chest of drawers, dressing table/desk, 32" Smart TV with Netflix. A newly purchased bed mattress, duvet and mattress protector are of excellent quality as is of the 100% cotton bedlinen, plus cotton towels which are changed regularly as is the bedlinen.

Use of well equipped kitchen and dining area all of which overlook an attractive secluded inviting back garden with a large covered seating area.

Services of a House cleaner and Gardner are used.

The house is situated in a nice, safe residential area in a central location within walking distance to Chingford station (15 approx walk) which offers a pleasant 25min journey to Liverpool Street offering vacant seating either end of journey (Chingford Station which is at the end of the line & starts at Liverpool Street) Victoria line is 3 stops away from Chingford
This area offers excellent bus routes, with a bus stop located 200metres away.
A 10 mins walk to local high street with varied shops/bars and restaurants.
Large local park 2 mins walk with new tennis courts and club, an outdoor gym, table tennis and the forest on your door step.

Just Monday to Friday lodging or any weekdays.. Belongings can be left in the room at the weekend plus the occasional extra night stays if required.
