The house is situated in a nice, safe residential area in a central location within walking distance to Chingford station (15 approx walk) which offers a pleasant 25min journey to Liverpool Street offering vacant seating either end of journey (Chingford Station which is at the end of the line & starts at Liverpool Street) Victoria line is 3 stops away from Chingford
This area offers excellent bus routes, with a bus stop located 200metres away.
A 10 mins walk to local high street with varied shops/bars and restaurants.
Large local park 2 mins walk with new tennis courts and club, an outdoor gym, table tennis and the forest on your door step.

Just Monday to Friday lodging or any weekdays.. Belongings can be left in the room at the weekend plus the occasional extra night stays if required.
