Sole use of the bathroom (during weekdays) may be shared with the other occupant at weekends.

Use of well equipped kitchen and dining area all of which overlook an attractive secluded inviting back garden with a large covered seating area.

Services of a House cleaner and Gardner are used.

The house is situated in a nice, safe residential area in a central location within walking distance to Chingford station, which offers a pleasant 25min journey to Liverpool Street offering vacant seating either end of journey (Chingford Station which is at the end of the line starts at Liverpool Street) Victoria line is 3 stops away from Chingford
This area offers excellent bus routes, with a bus stop located 300 metres away.
A 10 mins walk to local high street with varied shops/bars and restaurants.
Large local park 2 mins walk with tennis courts, an outdoor gym, table tennis and the forest on your door step.

This interesting, relaxed happy house has good vibes.

Preferably Monday to Friday, although open minded. Monday - Friday will be at a reduced rental rate. Belongings can be left in the room at the weekend plus the occasional extra night stays are okay.
