Turnham Green station (District/Piccadilly) is a short 650-metre walk away, the next bus stop is just 350 metres - you really are in the heart of Chiswick with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars in very close vicinity.

One of our current flatmates is moving out and we're looking for a new person to join us. The room is available from 4th July for a 2 month period until the beginning of September The room would be ideal for a working professional.

About the flat:

The double room is furnished and shares the larger bathroom with another room.

As you can tell from the photos, the flat has a large and airy open-plan kitchen/living room area (the entire top floor), wood flooring, double-glazed windows and central heating - it is a very nice and modern home.

We also have a super-fast 500 Mbit/s internet connection and the full Virgin TV package including Sky Movies/Sports and BT Sport. We watch a lot of sports! All of that plus council tax, water, energy and gas comes to about £135 per month per person in bills.

About us:

I work in a commercial role for an airline based near Heathrow and tend to be office based 4 days a week. My flatmate is working for a tech company and also is studying in a University in Central London.

We don't have high demands... As long as you don't smoke and are somewhat respectful of bedtime during the week I'm sure we'll get along. An interest in sports would be a plus!
