Double room in lovely flat in Chiswick. Suit professional 40+ looking for somewhere 2/3 nights a week). (£520 per month for 3 nights per week, £400 per month for 2 nights per week). Fully renovated to a high standard around 3 years ago. The flat is on the riverfront within a gated development and has wonderful river views from the lounge. There is a shared riverfront area which is lovely for sitting outside during the summer months. 6 minutes walk to Chiswick BR station. Trains get to Clapham Junction in 14 mins, Vauxhall in 20 mins and Waterloo in 27 mins. Off street parking available. The flat is situated in a quiet area within easy walking distance of various riverside pubs and restaurants. There is also a good gym in walking distance.

I am easy going and friendly, albeit a bit houseproud having renovated the flat quite recently! Would therefore suit someone who is similarly minded. I very much look forward to hearing from you if the room sounds of interest.
