The property is offered in good decorative order throughout and comprises: a through reception dining room and a modern fitted kitchen to the ground floor, 1 further bedrooms and a bathroom to the first floor with a third bedroom in the second floor.

The house is located a short distance from Turnham Green Terrace tube station (less than 10 min walking).

The area is very nice and quite residential, but only a couple of minutes’ walk from all the Chiswick High Road shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs. Also, the house is very close to the Thames and to Chiswick House.

The rent is £700 monthly and bills will be paid separately- £40 council tax, £10 internet, gas and electricity-metered and paid quarterly on average £50 per quarter.

The house is managed by an agency, so you will be signing a contract with them.

You will be sharing the house with two lovely girl of 28 and 33 we got along really well - we tried to spend time together by sometimes going out and having dinner together.
