Modern, clean flat in Chiswick Village

We are currently looking for a new flatmate to join our houseshare (move in date is the 1st of March or sometime during March). We live in Chiswick Village, Chiswick, so a very safe and lovely area close to Richmond and Kew. The contract at the moment ends in July but if we can get room mates there is the possibility of it being extended.

We are both in our mid twenties, and we are ideally looking for a flatmate who is (roughly) the same age. Nicola works in fashion and I am an Msci student at King's. We get on well so we are looking for someone who wouldn't mind occasionally having a chat/glass of wine and joining the conversation at the end of the day. We'd love to have you over for a viewing if this sounds like your cup of tea.

The boring bits: rent is 535pc deposit (£850) + bills (which would come to around 80 per month, max) heating and hot water are included in the rent so no need to worry about that during winter months (the flat is always super warm in the winter!).The room has a double bed, we share a bathroom, and we have a living room (apparently that's a big deal in London). Oddly enough, they take the rubbish out for us during the week, and we get free bin bags. The price is super cheap for the area (Chiswick). We are a 5min walk away from gunnersbury station, and a 5 min walk away from Kew Bridge (with trains straight to waterloo!).

The flat is part of a block of flats which has a massive and lovely communal garden where you can have barbeques and go outside to read when the weather is lovely. We are also a 10 min walk away from chiswick high road, which has all sorts of shops (and pubs).

We get on well (we've been living together for 2 years now), and are chatty but also respect each other's personal space. We like having a tidy house and are looking for someone who knows what it's like to live in a houseshare. We basically just want to make sure that cleaning, bills, etc. works our fairly for everyone. So if you're not happy to help keep the house clean, this is probably not the place for you!
