Great transport links, 5-10min walk to Stamford Brook tube station (district line), lots of buses going to Hammersmith, or walk to Hammersmith in 15 minutes. The area is also super lovely, with Chiswick High Road just a stones throw with amazing restaurants and shops lined along.

Rent is a bargain for the area - £611 per month plus bills (£60-90 per month dependant on season).

Rented through an agent who are really good and quick to respond if any repairs are needed.

You'd be sharing with one English guy, an Argentinian girl and a French girl in their late 20's / early 30's. Tom (English) works in the music industry as a sound engineer and gets to travel a lot for work. Marcella (Argentinian) works in the theatre. Sarah (French) works in project co-ordination and is mostly London based. They are all super lovely and chilled out so would get along with someone else of that nature!

I will miss this lovely house with great flatmates, I am moving out to get a place with my girlfriend.
