"A spacious double room with balcony available on Chiswick High Road.

Me and my housemate Izzy have lived in this flat for the past year and it's been great! Sadly, she is moving back home, but I wish to stay here as I feel it is too good to let go! The flat works well as a flat share as it has a good shared space (kitchen and living room) as well as spacious double rooms for privacy.

The flat is ideally located on the High Road and is convenient for the vast array of shops and restaurants, as well as being close to Turnham Green & Chiswick Park stations (District Line).

The room is £927 per month with all bills included. It comes already furnished with bed and mattress. You’ll also have access to the balcony through the room, with a chair and table (great for summer evenings)

A bit about me:

I’m a 24yr old male working full time in Hammersmith for an engineering company. I have lived in Chiswick for the last 5 years so know the area pretty well. My main interests consist of music, cooking, and rock climbing. I also enjoy going for drinks or making some nice food and sharing an evening here with friends in the flat.

Moving date is flexible - anywhere from now to September.
