I have one room now to rent in a house-share in Chiswick.

The flat is perfectly located - 5 minutes walk to Turnham Green and Chiswick Park tube stations and 5 minutes walk to all the bars, restaurants and shops on Chiswick High Road. The flat is less than a ten minute walk to South Acton overground station which has a train link direct to Stratford and Richmond stations. The 94 bus also stops outside the flat and this is a 24 hour service to Central London (Piccadilly Circus).

All bills are included (high-speed broadband, electricity, gas, council tax, water etc). There is also a cleaner who cleans the communal areas every week and the cost of this is also included.

The flat is very well maintained and the landings, bathroom and toilet have been fully refurbished recently.

We live close to the flat so are able to resolve any problems extremely quickly should they arise.
